Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. A physical street address is required; we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing Time
Orders normally ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All orders ship via UPS:

• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
• UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped. Saturday delivery is available in some areas. Please call 407-892-6358 for details.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at orders@eagleswings.com or 407-892-6358 and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
